Terms of Service: Strategic Safety and Risk Partner (SSRP)

1. Introduction
Welcome to SRA Global Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our Strategic Safety and Risk Partner ("SSRP") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with SRA Global Pty Ltd and the services provided. Please read them carefully.
2. Scope of Services
Our Strategic Safety and Risk Partner service offers flexible, on-demand safety and risk management support tailored to your business. This includes, but is not limited to:

On-call advice for safety and risk issues.

Incident investigation and guidance.

Legislative updates and compliance alerts specific to your industry.

Proactive risk assessments and audits.

Development of customised safety and risk tools and strategies.
-
Discounted rates on additional SRA Global Pty Ltd services and products.
The specific scope of services will be detailed in the agreed proposal or plan selected by the client.
3. Engagement Terms

3.1 Service Agreement
A written agreement or subscription plan outlining the services, duration, and pricing will be provided before the commencement of services. Acceptance of the agreement confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

3.2 Availability
We commit to responding promptly to all client inquiries as outlined in your service plan. Urgent matters will be prioritised; however, availability may vary depending on the complexity of requests and previously scheduled commitments.

3.3 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of services. Any delays or inaccuracies may affect service outcomes, for which we are not liable.

4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Service fees are determined based on your selected plan:

Small Business Package: $2,500/month.

Medium Business Package: $6,000/month.

Large Business Package: $8,000/month.
4.2 Invoices and Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued monthly. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Late Payments
Services may be suspended if payments are overdue beyond 30 days.
4.4 Additional Services
Any services requested beyond the scope of the selected plan will be billed separately at the agreed rate.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by Client
You may cancel your subscription with at least 30 days’ written notice. All outstanding invoices and services rendered up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.
5.2 Termination by Orana Skills Centre
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are overdue beyond 30 days.

You breach these Terms of Service.

There is misuse of our services.
6. Confidentiality
We prioritise the confidentiality of your business information. All communications, documents, and data shared during the engagement will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
7. Intellectual Property
Any templates, tools, or materials provided as part of the SSRP service remain the intellectual property of SRA Global Pty Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials internally within your organisation.
8. Limitations of Liability
Orana Skills Centre is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Decisions or actions taken by your organisation based on our advice or recommendations.

Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our control.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific month of service during which the issue occurred.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
