About the Course

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. They may work as quality assurance managers, quality facilitators, quality and improvement consultants, service quality system support analysts or in compliance consultancy roles.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. 

​Eligibility: 

- 15 years old or over 

- no longer at school 

- living or working in NSW 

- an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen

To gain the Qualification – 12 Units must be completed consisting of 4 core and 8 electives – there is an  opportunity for students to select from a group of Electives, which will be discussed on enrolment. The 2  elective units marked with * must be completed.

Study Duration 

5-week program (1 day / week face-to-face workshops) - participants may dial into these sessions 

Assessments must be completed within 12 – 24 months  Orana Skills Centre are in a working partnership with Training Education and Management Services (TEAMS) RTO 91852, which means we can provide Nationally Accredited Training.
