Workplace Trainer (Crew Trainer) Training

The Workplace Trainer (Crew Trainer) course is designed for experienced workers and supervisors responsible for delivering on-the-job training in the workplace.

This course focuses on practical training delivery, not formal training qualifications. It supports organisations to build internal capability to safely and consistently train workers to perform site-specific tasks and activities.

This course is applicable across local government, manufacturing, mining, construction and other operational environments where structured workplace training is required.

Participants will learn how to:

• Plan and deliver effective on-the-job training sessions

• Demonstrate tasks and procedures safely and consistently

• Communicate clearly with adult learners in the workplace

• Check understanding and provide constructive feedback

• Support workers to develop competence through practical coaching

• Maintain fit-for-purpose training records aligned to site requirements

This is a non-accredited course delivered by Orana Skills Centre. Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Completion recognising their training in workplace training delivery aligned with industry and site requirements.
