About the Session
Equip your leaders with the knowledge they need to confidently support HSRs and foster stronger consultation in your workplace.
This short, high-impact session provides an overview of the functions, powers and protections of Health and Safety Representatives under the Work Health and Safety Act. It's designed for supervisors, team leaders, managers and business owners who work alongside HSRs but haven’t had formal training in their role or responsibilities.
Too often, misunderstandings about the role of HSRs lead to tension, compliance gaps or missed opportunities to improve safety. This course gives your leadership team clarity and practical guidance on how to engage with HSRs lawfully and constructively.
Whether you already have elected HSRs in your workplace or you’re preparing for upcoming elections, this session ensures your leaders are aligned and informed.
