Why Risk Bowtie Analysis?

Most incidents are not caused by a lack of paperwork; they occur because critical controls fail. Bowties uncover those weak points and critical control management implements the framework before the incident happens.

This course gives participants a clear method to:

  • Improve control effectiveness

  • Strengthen risk assurance programs

  • Support critical risk decision-making

  • Drive organisational learning and accountability
