About the Course
Most organisations have risk registers, procedures and “controls”, but few can confidently answer one question: which controls must never fail?
Critical controls are the final line between incident and catastrophe. This one-day course teaches participants how to identify critical controls, define their performance requirements, assess vulnerability and build a system that verifies effectiveness over time.
If you want to stop serious incidents before they happen, this is the training that builds the capability.
Who Should Attend
This course is specifically designed for:
WHS and risk professionals responsible for critical risk programs
Operational leaders, supervisors and frontline managers
Safety advisors, auditors and assurance teams
ICAM investigators linking learnings back into controls
Anyone accountable for managing high-consequence risk
This is the next step for those who have completed the Risk Bowtie course, or who need deeper control assurance skills.
