This is not a generic training opportunity, it is a structured licensing model that enables approved facilitators to deliver a proven leadership program within their network, region or client base.

Application Process
To maintain quality and consistency, all facilitator positions are subject to an application and approval process.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form, providing details of your experience, background and current work.
Step 2: Suitability Discussion
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief discussion to assess alignment with the program and facilitator requirements.
Step 3: Complete the Program
All approved facilitators are required to complete the Risk-Based Leadership™ Development Program prior to delivering it. This ensures a clear understanding of the framework, structure and participant experience. If you have not completed the program, you can register here.
Step 4: Facilitator Onboarding
Facilitators will undertake onboarding to understand delivery expectations, program structure and available resources. Onboarding will require 2 days of your time.
Step 5: Licensed to Deliver
Following successful completion, facilitators will be approved and licensed to deliver the program.
Limited Facilitator Positions
To maintain quality, consistency and market opportunity, facilitator licences are limited. This ensures that each facilitator is supported effectively and that program delivery remains consistent across all cohorts and locations.
A Selective Model
Licences may be limited by region to maintain quality and avoid oversaturation. Applications are reviewed based on experience, alignment and capability.
