About the Program

Risk Leader is a 2-day professional development program designed to equip today’s leaders with the skills, mindset, and frameworks to confidently lead in a risk-driven world.

Whether managing teams, operations, projects, or business units, leaders at all levels are expected to understand and manage risk. This course provides the essential capabilities required to identify uncertainty, assess impacts, and respond with accountability.

Risk is no longer just the job of WHS or compliance teams. This program gives leaders the practical tools to make decisions under pressure, fulfil their duties as Officers and Managers under the WHS Act, and contribute to broader organisational resilience.

You’ll walk away with a stronger understanding of operational risk, WHS risk, compliance exposure, and governance expectations, along with the leadership behaviours and tools to manage them.

This is a must-have course for any organisation serious about improving performance, reducing surprises, and developing modern leaders.
