Our Signature Programs

Risk Leader
A two-day development program designed for frontline leaders, site supervisors, team leaders, and operational managers. This course builds essential capability in identifying, assessing, and managing WHS, operational, and compliance risk at the frontline. Leaders will learn their legal duties as Officers and PCBUs under WHS legislation, and how to lead risk practically, not just administratively.

Risk Advisor
A three-day intensive course for WHS and risk professionals, compliance officers, and risk specialists. This program builds strategic skills in risk governance, assurance, and critical risk management. Participants will strengthen their ability to influence senior decision-making, lead investigations, verify controls, and support leadership through effective, risk-based communication.
