Shipping and Return Policy

Digital Purchases

All digital items including document downloads and online course bookings will be delivered, via email immediately after successful purchase. If not received within fifteen (15) minutes, please contact Jessica@oranaskillscentre.com

 

Training Course, Workshops and Service Bookings 

All course bookings, workshops and consultancy will be delivered in person or via online services at the agreed time. An email confirmation will be sent immediately at the time of booking or when payment is received. If confirmation is not received within fifteen (15) minutes of booking or payment, please contact Jessica@oranaskillscentre.com

Store Purchases (Physical Items)

Physical items purchased from the Orana Skills Centre shop will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation and successful payment processing, unless item is out of stock, in which you will receive an email within 1 business day of confirmation and successful payment processing advising of refund options or estimated waiting times for product shipment.

 

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is free. Shipping outside of Australia may be subject to a shipping fee. This will be clearly displayed at the checkout at the time of purchase. Shipping within Australia is usually 5-10 business days from date of dispatch, times may vary depending on supplier. You will be notified by email of estimated shipping times when tracking is initiated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these fees for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - if items are not received in the specified timeframes, a full refund can be requested. Please contact Jessica@oranaskillscentre.com if you are not happy with the shipment timeframe or are experiencing delays with your order.
