This Workplace Assessor (Crew Assessor) course is designed for supervisors and experienced workers responsible for assessing competence in the workplace.

The course focuses on practical workplace assessment, not formal assessment qualifications. It supports organisations to make consistent, fair and defensible decisions about whether workers are competent to safely perform site-specific tasks and activities.

• Complete fit-for-purpose assessment records aligned to site requirements

Course Outcome

On completion, participants will be capable of assessing workplace competence in a consistent and defensible manner, confirming whether workers can safely and effectively perform tasks in line with site requirements.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Orana Skills Centre.
