This Workplace Trainer (Crew Trainer) course is designed for supervisors and experienced workers responsible for delivering on-the-job training in the workplace.

The course focuses on practical training delivery, not formal training qualifications. It supports organisations to build internal capability to safely and consistently train workers to perform site-specific tasks and activities.
