This 5-day course, delivered by Risk Training Professionals (RTP) (RTO code: 46389), gives you the knowledge and practical skills required to audit integrated management systems that combine quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards.

What you’ll learn

Build capability in:

• Preparing audit programs and documentation

• Applying risk-based thinking when gathering and verifying evidence

• Leading audit teams and facilitating audit meetings

• Documenting findings, nonconformances, and risks

• Reporting outcomes clearly and effectively.

The course also provides an understanding of the key requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

On successful completion of the course and the required assessment, you will receive:

A Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set, including:

• BSBAUD411 Participate in quality audits

• BSBAUD511 Initiate quality audits

• BSBAUD512 Lead quality audits

• BSBAUD513 Report on quality audits.

Assessment

Assessment includes workshop activities, short quizzes, and a post-course project to demonstrate application of audit knowledge. Guidance, templates, and trainer support are provided throughout.

To complete the Nationally Recognised Training units of competency and the BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set, you’ll also need to complete a post-course assessment. This is submitted to RTP after training and shows your knowledge and understanding of the audit process. Clear instructions and templates will be provided, and your trainer will guide you through the process during the course.
