Course Overview

This 1-day face-to-face SafeWork NSW approved refresher course aims to renew your knowledge and skills necessary to fulfil your role as a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) in NSW.

HSRs in New South Wales are entitled to attend a one day refresher courses every twelve months, commencing one year after the initial five-day course has been completed, as per the Work Health and Safety legislation.

Upon successful completion of the 1-day HSR refresher course, participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance.

• An understanding of how it applies to your role as an elected Health and Safety Representative (HSR) or deputy HSR.

🎓 Who Should Attend:

• Persons eligible for the SafeWork NSW HSR Refresher Training have completed the initial 5-day HSR course
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age, provide valid photo ID, have good literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to read and write in English
