First aid kit restock service

Workers scan the kit and log what they used. We post the replacements to that site every week.

Keeping first aid kits stocked is easy to forget until someone opens one and the dressings are gone. Our restock service puts a QR label on each of your kits, so the person who uses the kit tells us what they took, right then. We send the replacements, one parcel per kit, and invoice you once a month.

How it works

  1. Sign up and name your kits

Tell us your sites and give each kit a name your team will recognise, such as Workshop Bay 2 or Ute 14.

  2. Stick a QR label on each kit

Print the labels from your account and stick one inside or on each kit. Every label belongs to one kit.

  3. Workers scan and log what they used

After using the kit, a worker scans the label with their phone camera and taps what they took. No app and no login.

  4. We post the replacements every week

Once a week we pack one parcel per kit with exactly what was used and send it to that kit's site. You get one invoice a month.

Who it is for

  • Workplaces with several kits across workshops, offices, sheds and sites
  • Fleets, with a kit in each ute, truck or plant machine
  • Construction, mining, agriculture, transport and councils across regional NSW
  • Anyone whose first aid officer is tired of chasing kit checks

What is included

  • A printable QR label for every kit, and new labels whenever you need them
  • A mobile scan page listing that kit's contents, with no app or login for workers
  • A weekly parcel per kit, addressed to the site contact, with a packing slip
  • A usage log and delivery history for each kit in your online account
  • One monthly invoice, with your purchase order number if you use one

The service helps you keep kits stocked between your regular first aid kit checks. It does not replace them: the model Code of Practice still expects kits to be checked regularly, including expiry dates. Need trained first aiders as well? See our first aid training.

Frequently asked questions

Do workers need an app or an account?

No. The QR label opens a simple page in the phone's browser showing that kit's contents. Workers tap plus or minus for what they used and press Submit. Their name is optional.

Which first aid kits does it work with?

It is set up for the kits we supply, including the Defender 3 Series, Responder 4 Series and Commander 6 Series kits, the snake bite kit, the burns module and the metal wall cabinet. If you have other kits, register your interest and tell us what you have.

How often are kits restocked?

We pack and post once a week. Everything logged against a kit since its last parcel goes in one parcel addressed to that kit's site contact, so items reach the kit they came from.

How are we billed?

Monthly, by invoice to your accounts email, for the items sent that month and any delivery charge. You can give us a purchase order number to quote on every invoice.

What if a kit is damaged, missing or something else is needed?

The scan page has an option to tell us the kit is missing or damaged, or that something else is needed, with a note. We follow it up and can add items to the next parcel, such as replacing anything past its expiry date.

Can we add, move or retire kits later?

Yes. From your account you can add kits, rename them, move them between sites, change the kit type, retire old kits and print new labels. Your account is opened by a secure link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
