Experience
Jessica has spent 26 years in risk management and incident investigation, working with organisations in high-risk industries in Australia and internationally. Investigating serious incidents showed her the same gaps appearing again and again: controls that existed on paper but not in the field, leaders who were not equipped to manage risk, and psychological harm treated as a wellbeing issue instead of a work health and safety risk.
That work shapes everything Orana Skills Centre teaches: manage the work, not just the worker, and verify that the controls you rely on are actually working.

- PRRR Investigation Method™: a method for investigating bullying, harassment, aggression and psychological harm that finds what happened and why the work allowed it.
- Risk-Based Leadership™ Model: built from years of incident investigation, and delivered as a six-month program for supervisors and operational leaders.
- Training packages: the Psychosocial Risk, Risk Management and Critical Control Management series.
